One day I read that the mere act of smiling, even if it was forced, actually releases endorphins and increases your happiness. I was intrigued. I wrote a very info-graphic type script, filled with little facts about smiling, but when a colleague asked if he could write the facts into a spoken word poem, that’s what we decided to do.
